Bringing extensive experience in natural capital, sustainability, green finance, and strategic marketing, Hannah, Nina, and Jennie will play key roles in expanding Accelar’s impact - helping to deliver investment-ready projects, guide decision-making through nature-based solutions, and amplify our mission through strategic communications.

🌱Hannah – Principal Consultant
Hannah joins Accelar as a Principal Consultant, bringing expertise in natural capital, conservation, and rewilding. Passionate about upscaling nature restoration in the UK, she specialises in developing nature markets that channel investment into impactful ecosystem restoration and climate resilience projects. With hands-on experience in Landscape Recovery and the Natural Environment Investment Readiness Fund (NEIRF), Hannah has played a pivotal role in establishing new nature recovery ventures and working closely with diverse stakeholders to drive innovative solutions. She thrives on finding creative ways to connect environmental projects with green finance, ensuring that nature-based initiatives receive the funding they need to scale.

Nina brings her expertise in natural capital, ecosystem services, and biodiversity to Accelar as a Senior Consultant. With a keen analytical mindset, she specialises in using nature-based insights to inform and guide decision-making, helping organisations achieve measurable, nature-positive outcomes.
Her international background and experience in consultancy make her highly adaptable and effective in multicultural contexts, allowing her to navigate complex environmental challenges with a holistic approach.

📢 Jennie – Marketing Manager
To further strengthen Accelar’s reach and impact, we’re also expanding our expertise beyond consultancy — bringing in strategic marketing to enhance how we communicate our mission, services, and innovative digital tools.
Jennie brings a wealth of experience across private, public, and third sectors. She is passionate about building strong brand identities, purpose-led growth, and driving engagement through strategic marketing. As a Fellow of the RSA, she has a particular interest in how individuals, communities, and organisations can contribute to environmental progress.
