News: Accelar selected to showcase acra - our innovative climate resilience assessment tool at i3P Forum

Accelar is pleased to share that the business has been selected to feature as an exhibitor at the I3P Innovation Forum 2023. Infrastructure Industry Innovation Partnership (i3P) is a community of client and supply chain organisations that have made a commitment to delivering collaborative innovation through projects supported by a large network of experts and innovators and world leading industry knowledge to drive the future transformation of the infrastructure and construction industry.

Taking place at St John’s in Waterloo, a Grade II historic building in London recently restored to help achieve its net zero carbon ambition, the event is an opportunity for built environment and infrastructure stakeholders to connect in an energising and informative environment. Attendees will hear from keynote speakers, participants in panel discussions and engage with the marketplace zone, where 12 SMEs, of which Accelar is one, will be exhibiting their innovative projects focusing on the themes of carbon, safety, and productivity.

As part of the theme of carbon, Accelar will be showcasing its bespoke Accelar Climate Resilience Assessment tool, acra.

acra is a powerful, data-driven solution designed to evaluate the vulnerability of infrastructure to the impacts of climate change. The tool allows users to understand their climate profile using forecasts to baseline parameters, and to identify the impacts that this may have on their infrastructure assets. It collates a series of datasets which are used to provide a vulnerability risk assessment, allowing for more targeted, meaningful adaptation actions to take place.
